Few slashers are as loquacious and misogynistic as Barney Bear, and none look as ludicrous.  But don't let the goofy suit fool you—with a customized claw of carving cutlery, Barney has the butchery goods!

Barney Bear targets philanderers and their complicit partners, but has a particular mad-on for maidens, and snarls shaming slurs while slicing them.  In true maniac fashion, the shaggy, shoddy slaughterphile poses victims' corpses for maximum shock value.  Barney sometimes kidnaps particularly naughty individuals, and leaves taunting messages to lure their lovers into a two-for-one slice scenario.

Why the rage towards the ladies?  The story goes that Barney had a twin brother with a cheating girlfriend, and Barney killed her out of sororal loyalty...but brother took the rap and died in an asylum.  Barney snapped.  Sexist vengeance ensued.

Yep, you read that right:  sororal.  Barney was originally all woman beneath that freakish mascot mask!  In "legacy slasher" scenarios (like those that arise when an unhinged Final Gal / Last Lad dons a killer's garb and takes up the machete... tragically happens often at Camp Killalotta), Barney will be female 75% of the time.
