Hours are midnight to sun-up.
New monsters are pricey, so save up for sales. Haggling is begrudgingly allowed.
And you can always find well-loved, scratched-n-dented [NO REFUNDS!!!] models in the remainder room. Most were owned by li'l ol' ladies who brought 'em out only on Sundays!
